P20 is your 20th percentile carry distance. Any shot below this line is classified as a mishit and excluded from your averages. This means your stats reflect real swings, not duffs.

It is a weighted average of your Composite Strike Score across all clubs with at least 5 shots. Clubs with more data are weighted higher. It gives you one number out of 100 for your overall strike quality.

Open the Garmin Golf app, go to your activity history, select a session, and tap Export. You will get a CSV file which you can upload directly to QuantiGolf.

Yes. You can drag and drop multiple CSV files at once. QuantiGolf auto-deduplicates shots across files and groups them into sessions automatically.

Your Hero Shot is the average of your 5 best carry distances for a club. It represents your ceiling — what you can do when everything clicks.

The Hero Gap is the difference between your Hero Shot and your average carry. A large gap means you have the ability but not the consistency yet.

After every range session. The more data you have, the more reliable your metrics become. QuantiGolf needs at least 5 shots per club to start showing meaningful stats.

Yes. Your data is only visible to you. We use anonymised aggregate data for cohort benchmarking but never share individual shot data.
